1. Data and Processing Covered by Explicit Consent

I give my explicit consent to the processing, for the purposes set out in the Data Protection Notice, of the following special-category and related personal data:

• Images I provide for skin, face, and aura analysis and the skin-analysis results derived from those images.
• Where I grant permission, my health data accessed via Apple Health (sleep, steps, heart rate, menstrual cycle) for personalized recommendations.
• The sharing of such data with the relevant service providers, including the skin-analysis technology and AI content-generation providers, as necessary to provide the Service.

2. Explicit Consent for International Transfer

I give my explicit consent, pursuant to Article 9 of Law No. 6698, to the transfer abroad of the personal data described above, in connection with processing through service providers whose servers may be located outside Türkiye.

3. Withdrawal of Consent

I understand that I may withdraw this explicit consent at any time via contact@editech.com.tr or through the relevant settings within the App. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the date of withdrawal. Upon withdrawal, the processing of the relevant special-category data will cease, and my data will be deleted, destroyed, or anonymized unless there is a legal ground requiring its retention.

I declare that I have read the Data Protection Notice and that I give my explicit consent, of my own free will, to the processing of my special-category personal data and to the international transfer described above.
