This Data Protection Notice is prepared by EDITECH YAZILIM BİLGİ TEKNOLOJİLERİ ANONİM ŞİRKETİ ("Company") in its capacity as data controller, pursuant to Article 10 of Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("Law"), to inform users of the BEAUTY MIND mobile application ("App"). Where the GDPR applies, this Notice should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
Note: This Notice is an information document; it is not subject to your approval or consent. Your explicit consent for the processing of special-category personal data is obtained separately through the Explicit Consent Text.

2. Personal Data Processed
- Identity and contact: Name, e-mail address.
- Profile: Age, gender, skin type, skincare goals, preferences.
- Visual and special-category data: Images for skin, face, and aura analysis and the analysis results derived from them; where permitted, health data obtained via Apple Health (sleep, steps, heart rate, menstrual cycle). Such data may be treated as special-category personal data under Art. 6 of the Law.
- Location: Where permitted, approximate location for environmental recommendations.
- Transaction and usage: Subscription status, in-app interactions, and technical data.
3. Purposes of Processing
- Creation, management, and authentication of the account.
- Analysis of skin images to provide personalized recommendations, skin score, and skin age.
- Generation of AI-assisted content, routines, and magazine.
- Provision of daily recommendations based on environmental and health data.
- Management of subscriptions and premium services.
- Improvement and security of the Service and fulfilment of legal obligations.
4. Recipients and Purpose of Transfer
Your personal data may be shared, limited to the purposes above, with the skin-analysis technology provider, cloud and data-hosting providers, the authentication provider, the AI content-generation provider, and the app store (Apple) for subscription management. Transfers may also be made to authorized public authorities as required by applicable law. Some providers we use may have servers located abroad; in such cases, transfers are carried out in accordance with the conditions prescribed by the Law.
5. Method of Collection and Legal Grounds
Your personal data is collected electronically through the App, via your device's camera and sensors, through integrations you permit (Apple Health, location), and during your use of the App. It is processed on the legal grounds set out in Art. 5 of the Law ("establishment or performance of a contract", "legitimate interests of the data controller", "compliance with a legal obligation") and, for special-category data, on the ground of "explicit consent" under Art. 6 of the Law.
6. Rights of the Data Subject (Art. 11 of the Law)
As a data subject, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed; to request information if it has been processed; to learn the purpose of processing; to know the third parties to whom data is transferred domestically or abroad; to request rectification of incomplete or inaccurate data; to request erasure or destruction; to request that rectification/erasure be notified to third parties to whom data was transferred; to object to a result arising against you from solely automated analysis; and to claim compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing.
You may submit your requests via contact@editech.com.tr or in writing to the Company's address above. Your application will be concluded within thirty days at the latest, pursuant to Art. 13 of the Law. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Authority.
